About Us

AgriDrishti is devoted to progressive farmers and innovative agri-youth who have a dedication about natural farming, sustainable agriculture, and allied fields of agriculture. Several significant changes are occurring in the world as a whole. The national agricultural research system is facing new difficulties as a result of a growing population, shifting lifestyles, increasing urbanization, and faster climate change. Whereas in the past, the challenge was to supply adequate food, but now it is to provide adequate nutrients to promote health; and in the future, the challenge would be to provide optimal nutrients based on individual’s genetic profile.

The prime purpose of this magazine intended to provide progressive farmers, agriculture students, and academics interested in how modern agricultural science can tackle practical farming issues with an accessible introduction to scientific information.

AgriDrishti is an open access, monthly, bilingual, multidisciplinary magazine cum e-newsletter in the field of Agriculture and allied sciences.

The magazine will maintain its reputation, and each article will be reviewed by a varied group of people from several universities and research institutes that serve on the Editorial Board and Review Committee. Considering the quality of the articles is our main priority, each issue will only contain a limited number of articles.

Aims and Scope

In an effort to attract a wider readership, the AgriDrishti Agriculture magazine also aims to offer an innovative and informative platform where different agro and agri-tech start-ups can present their business ideas, tactics, and success stories.

AgriDrishti is an open access research magazine that publishes original research after a double-blind peer review process. It is published monthly with the intention of encouraging high-quality research.

Articles on agriculture, Agronomy, Soil science, Horticulture, Plant breeding, Plant protection, Agricultural extension, Agricultural economics, Forestry, Livestock Dairy products, Fisheries, Sericulture, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary, Natural resource management, Home Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Waste management, Environmental science, and agriculture current affairs. Effective and content-rich information transfer is a top priority.

Plagiarism Policy

The authors are solely responsible for the content of the submitted article. The iThenticate/Turnitin software is utilized to screen all articles prior to publication. If the software detects over 15% of the article’s content as plagiarized, the authors will be notified and required to provide appropriate citations and make the necessary revisions. If, after revisions, the content still contains 15% or more plagiarized material, the magazine retains the right to reject the manuscript.

Peer Review Policy

Each submission undergoes two rounds of peer review screening to ensure quality. All submissions must be original, unpublished works not under consideration by other magazines/ journals/ new-letters etc. Before review, editors confirm that the work aligns with the magazine’s scope. A minimum of two independent referees evaluate each submission in a double-blind process, keeping both author and reviewer identities confidential. The magazine archives all submissions and reports, without acknowledging submissions regardless of publication status. The editorial board, based on referee feedback, determines whether to publish a manuscript. If revisions are required, the author is given a set timeframe for corrections. Authors bear full responsibility for the literary quality of their work.
